Government to create effective raw oil market

Astana. February 13. Kazakhstan Today - The government is to accept a complex of measures for creation of the effective raw oil market. The Kazakh Vice Prime Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning of the Republic Aslan Musin said today during the government session, the agency reports.

"It is necessary to accept a complex of measures for creation of the transparent and effective raw oil market including introduction of compulsory exchange trade," A. Musin said.

"The growth of prices for the so-called economically and socially significant raw oil we used to explain by world conjuncture, not analyzing the influence on the budgetary subsidizing growth the volumes of which increase year by year," Vice-Prime Minister, noted.

"The state subsidizing of the cost of raw oil is one of the stimulus for oil refinery enterprises to increase prices of processed production," A. Musin emphasized.
