Kazakh Ambassador awarded Latvian reward Three Stars

Astana. November 17. Kazakhstan Today - In Riga the President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga handed over the highest state reward of Latvia the Award of Three Stars to the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia from 2002-2006 and nowadays the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Hungary Rashid Ibrayev, MFA press service informed the agency.

Kazakhstan diplomat was awarded the reward and the title of the Commander of the Award of Three Stars for an outstanding public work in Latvia.

Ambassador R. Ibrayev expressed the President of Latvia gratitude for high estimation of his work and noted that "this high award, first of all, the estimation of the role of Kazakhstan and the President Nursultan Nazarbayev in the established mutual relations."

The award ceremony took place in the presence of the representatives of political and business circles of the country prior to the Day of the Republic.
