September 1. Kazakhstan Today - The post of the State Secretary will be introduced in the central state bodies. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev stated today at the joint sitting of the Parliament Chambers, the agency reports.
"The highest administrative post of the State Secretary appointed by the President in the central state bodies should be introduced," Nursultan Nazarbayev stated. It should provide stability in the work of the central state bodies.
The Head of the State emphasized that the State Secretary will supervise all internal affairs of the state bodies that will allow top management to concentrate on development of policy and strategic questions.
