Kazakhstan Today - PM resolution decreed applied to the law On Concessions criteria to concession projects which have been developed by the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning, the agency reports referring to PM press service.
The basic requirement to concession projects - conformity of Strategy of industrially-innovative development of the Republic Kazakhstan for 2003-2015.
In total, list of criteria includes ten items. Among them - on volumes and conditions of prospective state support of concessionaires activity, attraction of new technologies, volumes of involved investments, stimulation of employment growth during realization of concession project and the level of observance of requirements in the field of environment protection and work safety.
The resolution is put into operation after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
