Banks of Kazakhstan are ready to direct free liquidity for agriculture financing
Astana. January 18. Kazakhstan Today - Demand balance in the banks of Kazakhstan have amounted to $11 billion. They have expressed desire to finance agriculture. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at the expanded session in the Ministry of Agriculture, the agency reports.
"As of January 1, 2010, demand balance in the banking system is $11 billion. These are all the resources required for investment into the economy of Kazakhstan," K. Masimov informed.
"I met some bankers and they consider that agriculture is the sector that they can and should finance. They are ready to incur risks and they have liquidity for financing this manufacture," he noted.
