Astana. October 27. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has assigned to implement some anti-crisis measures, the agency reports citing the president's press service.
According to the press service, N. Nazarbayev held the meeting with akims of the areas and cities of Astana and Almaty. The Prime Minister, Karim Masimov, the Secretary of State - Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Kanat Saudabayev, and the head of the President's Administration, Aslan Musin, took part in the meeting.
"During the meeting, N. Nazarbayev pinpointed a number of problems, in particular, the course of realization of the program 100 schools and 100 hospitals."
The head of state assigned the akims to control quality of construction and timely commissionin of the new objects.
The President said that the Asian Winter Games will be held in 2011 in Kazakhstan for the first time. The government and the akims of Almaty and Astana have been assigned to control timely commissioning of all the planned objects.
