The Minister added that in case of the very first attempt to cut the subscribers of phone communication for not paying for local calls the government will star the process of withdrawal a franchise, the Minister said. The Armenian official expressed readiness of the Armenian government do not allow introduction of per-minute tariff for local phone calls, however, he stressed that ArmenTel may introduce this tariff if it fulfills all its obligations. 90% of ArmenTel shares belong to the OTE Hellenic telecommunications company, 10% - to the Armenian government. |
